Ocado is a multi award-winning home delivery business supplying Waitrose groceries and started in 2001 by Jason Gissing, Tim Steiner and Jonathan Faiman. They are a cutting-edge business in every sense – supplying thousands of customers with fresh groceries every day within one-hour time slots from a central distribution centre in Hatfield, Hertfordshire – the only business on the planet to have done so successfully – and yet also designing every aspect of the business from scratch.
Greenland Studio worked extensively with the small in-house team for over three years, helping Ocado deliver their brand message both above and below the line, and even worked on-site for an extended duration.
